Unbeatable location and overall the staff was professional. There were a shopping mall and a large shopping mall around the hotel. We appreciated rooms with a sleeper sofa.

The bed was a bit lumpy.

The stay in this great and beautiful hotel was wonderful and we would stay there again. It was clean and the atmosphere was family all around. The staff members were supper friendly. The location was favourable close to the airport with a free shuttle available.

Would stay there again, I loved the hotel. The property is clean, the staff is outstandingly accommodating, and the room is huge and modern. The location is good and unbeatable, 1 mile from The vr Center. Btw, it's set in the great area. They have a great restaurant, that was a definite bonus.

The hotel provides delicious breakfast with cage free eggs, turkey sausage, many hot items. Would stay there again if ever in Roanoke.

We loved this place, everything was high quality. The room was well furnished and brand-new. It was short walk to the area's tourist sights, several restaurants which are all very nice places, and shopping plaza, comfortable location overall. The whole experience was very pleasant.

We had a convenient stopover at Hyatt Place during our trip to D.C. The check-in process was smooth and the location was great. Despite some minor drawbacks, our stay was overall pleasant.

We arrived late at night and were given a room next to the elevator, which was less than ideal. However, the staff was understanding and accommodating when we raised our concerns.

Everything was simply nice. Fairly clean hotel, liked to be really close to a safe area, malls and Roanoke thanks to comfy location. The rooms were spotless, impressive with a sleeper sofa, ideal for us. The bar was nice with professional staff.
